What is Tan’s Travel Club?
Tan’s Travel Club is a membership based club dedicated to finding great value travel solutions on the web: value flights, value accommodation, value car hire and other travel needs. Discovering great value flights and travel solutions for those on a budget is not rocket science but it does take time. And that’s pretty much the one thing most of us don’t have, so we’re here to save you time and money on great travel solutions. We dedicate our time to searching the web for great value travel deals that meet your requirements. Customers simply inform us of the type of trip(s) they are looking for (and all the details that go with it like where, when, number of people, accommodation needs ...) and we send our members newsletters filled with information about fab deals matching their requirements. So, if you like the look of the deals you see, use the information provided to make your reservations. We find it, you book it. Choose the best membership option to meet your travel requirements. In short, TRAVEL BIG, spend little.
Can I join Tan’s Travel Club for free?
Unfortunately, we no longer offer free subscriptions.
How does the 12-month membership option work?
Our Tailored Travel membership option is a subscription for a period of 12 months, but you can unsubscribe at any time but please note that we did NOT offer refunds. This 12-month membership option offers great value deals to meet a variety of travel needs for an unlimited number of trips. Once you have joined Tan’s Travel Club, inform us at any time within your 12-month membership period, detaling the holiday and travel requirements you have . Once we have received your travel requirements, we will contact you by email with deals available online relating to your travel wishes. Do you offer quarterly memberships? I only want to join for a few months?
At this time it is not possible to purchase quarterly memberships. We offer a paid package if you are looking for just one trip. This is a bespoke package based on one trip only as opposed to a 12-month membership. Read more about our TTC One Trip option. Our Tailored Travel membership option is for a 12-month period, where we will send you travel deals for an unlimited number of trips within the membership period.
I have come to the end of my 12-month membership period. What happens now?
Your membership will NOT be automatically renewed at the end of the 12-month period. At the end of your membership period, if you wish to renew your membership, you simply purchase your preferred club membership option from our website.
How is the option ‘TTC One Trip’ different from the 12-monthly membership package and how does it work?
TTC one trip is a great option if you know you’re only taking one trip a year. It is a mini version of our Tailored Travel mebership option! If you know what single trip you want and when you want it but you just don’t have the time to find it, then this package is for you. Deals are emailed to you relating to one bespoke trip only. This is NOT a 12-month subscription.
So, how does it work? Use our contact form on the website or email us at info@tanstravellclub.co.uk and simply give us all the details of the trip you’re looking for. We’ll do the research for you. We’ll email you deals we find online that meet your requirements, and even send you offers we find that not tick all the things on your list, but that we think you would want to know about. we’ll keep sending you deals until the specified departure date of your travel - or unless you’ve let us know beforehand that you no longer need us, you’ve booked! As with all our membership packages, we do NOT make any reservations for you. WE FIND IT, YOU BOOK IT.
Remember this is for one trip only, if you wish to make more than one trip a year our Tailored Travel paid membership option may be better for you.

We provide you with possible travel options, currently available on the internet that meet your travel requirements, sometimes including other options that may interest you. If for any reason you choose not to, or are unable to book a trip, we do NOT offer refunds as your purchase is for the research service you will have already received.
How do I book a great value travel deal that I have seen in my TTC email?
It’s easy peasy. Simply take the information and links we provide in your TTC email and use it to book the right deal for you through the relevant third party website. Make sure you read all the terms and conditions of any airline, third party website and companies you book through, particularly refund/cancellation policies, flight luggage allowance etc, to avoid any unpleasant surprises. We are not responsible or accountable for any bookings made. Read through the details of the deals you are booking AT THE TIME of booking. Great deals by definition are great deals and therefore can be snapped up very quickly! We highly recommend you act fast in order to get the deal shown in our emails.
Can Tan’s Travel Club book a travel deal for me?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible for us to make any bookings or reservations for you. We search the internet to find great value travel solutions. When we find great deals, we provide you with all the information you need to make reservations with the relevant third party websites. We find it, YOU BOOK IT.
Can I trust that the deals sent to me from Tan’s Travel Club are genuine deals?
You can have confidence in knowing that we are not affiliated with any travel booking companies. We search the web for great value deals and pass on the information to you. We receive NO commission or financial benefits from the deals we send to you. We send information about great value deals simply because they are great value deals.
Why can’t I find a great value deal sent to me from Tan’s Travel Club using the information provided?
Tan’s Travel Club aims to provide accurate and up to date information but the nature of great value deals means that they go thick and fast. If you have difficulty finding the deals that we post online or in our emails, the most likely reason is that they are no longer available. We are not responsible or accountable for club members and subscribers being unable to book the deals we post on our website or in the emails received. Act fast if you see somethng you like and read through the details of the deals you are booking AT THE TIME of booking in case you missed the boat so to speak 🤭, and the deal has changed).Thank you for your understanding.

How can I unsubscribe?
If you are ready to leave us we will obviously be sad to see you go, but we understand. You can unsubscribe from any of our club membership options at any time. Simply send us an email at info@tanstravelclub.co.uk informing us of your wish to unsubscribe and we will terminate your subscription and remove you from our mailing list .

Is Tan's Travel club accountable for any problems I encounter with a booking I make, including issues with flight cancellations, baggage allowance, lost luggage etc?
We are not responsible or accountable for any bookings made. We try to provide information that we think you may need to know but rules and regulations may change. It is your responsibility to make sure you have read and understood all information directly with the airline and/or third party travel booking websites.
Do you have any other disclaimers I should know about?
Please read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use mentioned above, but we have two disclaimers that we feel you should be particularly aware of:
1 – Just to reiterate, we do not make any bookings on our website. We provide the information only about great value deals on the web. Tan’s Travel club cannot be responsible for the bookings made through third party websites. Please, please make sure you read the terms and conditions of any third party websites you use to make reservations/bookings and airline policies. For example, luggage allowance, transfer airports (in case it’s necessary to move to a different airport within the same city), and, one of the biggies, refund policies/change of bookings.
